Shipping & returns
Delivery coverage, available methods, estimated timing, and applicable charges are shown at checkout for your address.
Return and exchange eligibility is product- and order-dependent. Please contact JACKAL through the Contact page as soon as there is an issue with an order, and keep the item unused with its original tags and packaging until the matter is reviewed.
We will publish the final operational policy here before the first JACKAL product drop goes live.
Find your fit.
Product-specific measurements will appear on each product page as JACKAL drops are added. For the best fit, compare those measurements with a garment you already own.
If you need help choosing a size, contact us before ordering and include your height, usual size, and preferred fit.
